We consider this decision to be as unconstitutional, because the first article of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia declares, that «The Republic of Armenia is a sovereign, democratic, social state governed by rule of law», and the article 114 of the Constitution states: «Articles 1, 2 and 114 of the Constitution may not be amended”. “The Constitution of the Republic of Armenia does not provide a suprastate institution, the actions and decisions of which, are mandatory in the functions of our state. “As you know, the Customs Union and the Eurasian Union provide such institution concerning the common currency, taxes issues, etc. What are the forces with the values of Western democracy in the lead of “Free Democrats” Party going to do? “Who values the Armenia’s independence and does not haggle the value system of independence must protest against this decision and do everything, said Kokobelyan and in response to our question he said that Free Democrats are ready of consolidation of Armenian society. “After all, the main guarantor of security in Armenia and Karabakh is competitive Armenia and not any external forces”.
